Report Writing

I wrote the annual reports, managing the entire process. This included developing the structure, coordinating data collection from all departments, analyzing and visualizing key performance indicators, writing the text, delegating and supervising design tasks.

Each year, I improved the report structure by including more detailed data and statistics, such as the most popular hotline requests, website pages, social media posts, and videos. The report also included an overview of the projects' finances, major accomplishments, and project outcomes

We shared the report on our website and social media, as well as with donors. Our data was frequently published in the media because it revealed information about the needs of veterans, Ukrainian army members, and their families.

These reports increased transparency, strengthened stakeholder trust, and helped attract new donors and partners.
